Australian Orders
We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide on all orders over $150.
- $12 flat rate shipping for orders under $150
- Express shipping options available at checkout
Processing Time
All Peachy Lane pieces are made to order.
We aim to have your order ready for dispatch within 7-21 days
During busy periods (sales, holidays, or new launches), processing times may extend slightly.
Shipping Timeframes
Please note:
- Express shipping refers to the delivery speed after your order has been dispatched
- Express parcels typically arrive within 2–3 business days, depending on your location
- Standard shipping times will vary based on your area
Delays can occasionally occur, especially during peak seasons.
Important Shipping Information
Once your order has been dispatched and is in the hands of the courier, it is outside of our control.
- We rely on the tracking information provided by the postal service
- For any delivery delays, we recommend contacting your local courier directly using your tracking number

Tracking Your Order
You will receive a tracking email once your order has been dispatched.
It is the responsibility of the customer to:
- Monitor tracking updates
- Ensure availability for delivery or arrange collection if required
If you experience delivery issues, please contact your postal provider first.
If your parcel has not arrived within 3 weeks of dispatch, you may contact us at info@peachylane.com.au.
Authority to Leave (ATL)
All orders are shipped with Authority to Leave (ATL) unless otherwise selected at checkout.
This means:
- Your parcel may be left in a safe place at your address
- Peachy Lane is not responsible for parcels once they have been marked as delivered
Delivery Issues & Returns to Sender
Please ensure all delivery details are entered correctly at checkout.
- We are not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- If a parcel is returned due to failed delivery or non-collection, re-shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
Refunds will not be issued for delayed deliveries or uncollected parcels.
Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or opened, this must be reported to the postal service immediately.
This ensures you are eligible for any compensation directly through the courier.
Weekends & Business Hours
While we are always working behind the scenes, our business operates on business days only.
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday
- Emails and enquiries may not be attended to over weekends
