We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide on all orders over $150.

  • $12 flat rate shipping for orders under $150
  • Express shipping options available at checkout

All Peachy Lane pieces are made to order.

We aim to have your order ready for dispatch within 7-21 days
During busy periods (sales, holidays, or new launches), processing times may extend slightly.

  • Express parcels typically arrive within 2–3 business days, depending on your location

Authority to Leave (ATL)

All orders are shipped with Authority to Leave (ATL) unless otherwise selected at checkout.

This means:

  • Your parcel may be left in a safe place at your address
  • Peachy Lane is not responsible for parcels once they have been marked as delivered

Delivery Issues & Returns to Sender

Please ensure all delivery details are entered correctly at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • If a parcel is returned due to failed delivery or non-collection, re-shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

Refunds will not be issued for delayed deliveries or uncollected parcels.


Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or opened, this must be reported to the postal service immediately.

This ensures you are eligible for any compensation directly through the courier.
