Every Peachy Lane piece is made with care—from our hand-painted mats to our engraved and layered keepsake frames.
We take pride in what we create and carefully check each item before it leaves our hands.
This policy operates alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you are entitled to under the ACL.
Custom & Personalised Orders
As most of our pieces are custom made just for you, we kindly ask that you double-check all details before placing your order.
- All text is created exactly as entered at checkout
- Spelling, punctuation, and grammar are the customer’s responsibility
- We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for errors made in the details provided
Handmade & Natural Variations
All Peachy Lane products are handcrafted using natural materials such as coir, timber, and acrylic.
Because of this, slight variations may occur in:
- Letter placement and sizing
- Colour and finish
- Wood grain and fibre texture
These are a natural and celebrated part of handmade items—not faults—and are not considered grounds for a return or refund.
When using our “Personalise It” feature:
- The preview is a visual guide only
- Minor adjustments may be made to improve the final design
- Your chosen font and spelling will never be changed
If We’ve Made an Error
If your order arrives with an error on our end (such as incorrect details or damage), please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
In this case, we will offer:
- A replacement, or
- A refund to your original payment method
Please email info@peachylane.com.au with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assist you quickly.
Change of Mind
We are not required to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, including:
- Ordering the wrong item
- No longer wanting the product
However, for non-personalised items only, we may offer a store credit (valid for 12 months) at our discretion.
Return Conditions
Where a return is approved, items must:
- Be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Be unused and in original condition and packaging
- Not be a personalised or custom item (unless faulty or incorrect)
