Thank you so much for choosing Peachy Lane to add to your home decor.

As a perfectionist, I like to triple check everything from the quality of your handpicked mat or height chart to the design that I paint/laser engrave.

All custom orders are painted exactly as entered by you in the custom text box. 

Please be extra careful when ordering to check any spelling and grammar entered.  We will be unable to replace/refund should there be a mistake that you entered when ordering your design.  

I hand paint your design using a basic template to look off. I take me steps to ensure the design is in place but please understand as I am hand painting your mat the designs and lettering can sometimes be slightly off center or wonky. Items can not be refunded for these minor imperfections on handmade items.


By placing your order when using the personalise your own mat feature  you understand there may be slight variances in placement and sizing with your final product.  I hand paint and will also make slight changes where I think it is needed in regards to placement and sizing to create the magic in your mat for you. The final design you will see is a rough draft so you can have a basic visual. I will never change font selected or spelling.

If an error has been made on our part, we will issue a swap or refund product within 14 days of receiving your order. 

We do not refund in the instance of changed minds.

Our coir mats, plywood height charts and beechwood discs, are all a natural product will vary in the colourations, grains and density of hair.

Refund policy

All returns must be sent back within the 14 day time frame of receiving your order and will not be accepted outside of this.  The Buyer will be responsible for postage costs for return and for exchange being sent out.


Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  Your return will be quality checked on arrival to ensure it us up to standard of being unused.

Peachy Lane reserves the right to reject any returns that are not sent back in their original condition. 

Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale or discounted items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Please choose your items carefully as we do not offer refunds.  You will receive a credit to the Peachy Lane store which is valid for 12 months.

Upon receipt of your exchange, you will then be emailed a credit code for you to jump online and choose your product. Credits are only valid on full price items, and not valid with any other discount or promotion

Due to constant incoming of messages we do not accept exchange requests via social media. All exchanges must be discussed through the correct means of contact, which is via email.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
