How to order:
1. Choose which outline you'd like - plain or flower crown ( flower crown is picture in our OLD style just for reference)
2. Choose the colour of the outline
3. Choose the colour of the Name and birth details
Each plaque is made to the exact size as when bubs was born!
* Handmade frame - EXTERNAL dimensions 60cm x 40cm - Each frame is handmade in Ipswich and will come with a hook on the back to hang!
